How to manage authority relationships: authority of parents, teachers, bosses, and mothers-in-law
如果想知道在父母或老師的角色里怎樣保留自己的權威，而不傷害孩子，反而讓他/她發揮自己的潛能；如果在目前的工作中體驗到權威的消極，想找到一個輕松面對權威的方法；如果想用更適合的方法孝順父母，而不再否認自己；如果想在婆媳關系中不再感受到委屈，而彼此的尊重；如果當老板的想給予員工動力、指導和支持，而非壓力和恐懼，那么，這個薩提亞模式演講希望帶給你一些答案。本演講將介紹不同的權威模式，提高參加者對個人及其角色、個人價值、選擇和責任的覺察，故此他們會更加理解權威關系中個人內在和人際交往的過程；能減少權威關系中的個人內在壓力；處在權威角色中的時候能夠找到更有效且放松的管理模式，在權威關系中會看到更多的個人選擇。
If you want to know how to retain your authority in your role as a parent or a teacher without harming your child, while facilitating the development of his or her potential; if you experience the unpleasantness of authority in your current job, and want to find an easier way to face this; if you want to respect your parents in a more appropriate way, and no longer deny yourself; if you want no longer to feel wronged and misunderstood in your relationship with mother-in-law, but rather build mutual respect; if as a boss you want to give motivation, guidance and support to your employees, rather than stress and fear, then this Satir Model lecture will hopefully give you some answers. This lecture will introduce different authority models, enhance the participants' awareness of person, of its roles and value, and discern possible choices and responsibilities, so as to help participants to understand better the intrapersonal and interpersonal processes in authority relationships, reduce their internal pressure, and find more effective and relaxed management models when they are in authority roles. Hopefully, they will see more personal choices.
